Coolposts lets you plan, preview, publish and measure posts on social accounts you own or manage, and answer their comments and messages. By using it you agree to these terms.
Your accounts and content
Only connect accounts you are authorised to manage. You're responsible for what you publish and send through Coolposts, and for following each platform's rules (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Bluesky, Threads, Pinterest). You keep all rights to your content; you give us permission to store it and send it to the platforms you choose, only to provide the service.
Plans
The Free plan has the limits shown on our pricing page. Paid plans are bought in the app and paid by card through Stripe, monthly or yearly in advance; prices include VAT, and their price and what they include are those on the pricing page when you buy them. A paid plan renews automatically until you cancel it. You can change plan or cancel at any time from the app: a cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then your workspace moves to the Free plan.
The service
We aim to publish every post on time, but platforms can reject, delay or change posts, and the service is provided as is, without guarantees. We're not liable for lost reach, revenue or data beyond what the law requires.
Acceptable use
Don't use Coolposts for spam, unsolicited messages, impersonation, illegal content or to get around a platform's limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
Ending
You can stop using Coolposts and disconnect your accounts at any time, and ask us to delete your data (see data deletion). We may change these terms; we'll tell you when a change matters, and using Coolposts after it means you accept it.
